8 Real Estate Companies Boom Development on Thai Chamber of Commerce Road, Unveiling Plans for 1,300 Rai Project Worth 50 Billion Baht
Eight real estate companies, including "Perfect, AP, Sansiri, SC Asset, Pruksa, CPN, Prow, and Hongkong Land," have revealed plans to develop projects on "Thai Chamber of Commerce Road," transforming it into a high-quality residential area and a new business hub, covering a total area of 1,300 rai with a combined value of over 50 billion baht.
Since the road's opening in 2014, "Thai Chamber of Commerce Road" has become a prime location for residential living and continues to grow. Recently, eight leading property development companies, including Property Perfect Public Company Limited, SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited, Sansiri Public Company Limited, AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited, Pruksa Real Estate Public Company Limited, Central Pattana Public Company Limited, Prow Real Estate Public Company Limited, and Hongkong Land, have announced plans to develop projects aimed at creating a quality community along Thai Chamber of Commerce Road.
Mr. Wongkarun Prasithwiphat, Managing Director of Property Perfect Public Company Limited, stated that Thai Chamber of Commerce Road, which connects Chaiphruk Road and Nonthaburi-Bang Bua Thong Road (Road 345), spans 4 kilometers and was constructed by the company at a cost of 400 million baht. It has now developed into a large community with residential projects, international schools, and numerous businesses. A total of 20 projects have already been developed, covering 920 rai with a total value of 30 billion baht, comprising 3,100 units. It is one of the locations with a variety of quality residential projects and has garnered significant interest from homebuyers in the western Bangkok area.
Along the entire stretch of Thai Chamber of Commerce Road, there is a total area available for project development of 1,300 rai, with the total project value estimated at 50 billion baht, comprising approximately 4,600 units. The development is expected to take five years to fully realize the potential of this area as a residential and business center that meets all the needs of homebuyers. This year, Thai Chamber of Commerce Road has also benefited from the opening of the Pink Line subway and the expansion of Chaiphruk Road to 10 lanes, which is scheduled for completion by the end of 2024, enhancing transportation connectivity directly from Chaeng Watthana Road and allowing for further growth in the area.
For Property Perfect, the company owns 600 rai on Thai Chamber of Commerce Road, with a total project value of 20.5 billion baht. So far, 530 rai have been developed across 13 projects, with six projects still available for sale, catering to all types of residential needs. This includes four single-family home projects: Perfect Place, Perfect Park, and Lake Legend, which is a joint venture with Hongkong Land, as well as one townhome project, The Metro, and one commercial building project, Market Avenue. Additionally, there are plans to develop another 90 rai into a new business center, including commercial buildings, shops, and restaurants, to fully support the lifestyle of the community along this road.
Mr. Mongkut Techolarn, Head of Land Development at SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited, stated that SC Asset was one of the first companies to develop projects on Thai Chamber of Commerce Road. To date, three projects have been developed in the price range of 10-30 million baht, with one project sold out and two ongoing projects: "Bangkok Boulevard Signature Chaeng Watthana," a luxury home project inspired by Bled Castle in Slovenia, covering 33 rai with a project value of 1.56 billion baht and 72 units, and "Bangkok Boulevard Chaeng Watthana-Ratchaphruek," a luxury home project in the La-Nai series inspired by Chamonix, Mont-Blanc, covering 26 rai with a project value of 1.1 billion baht and 82 units. Additionally, there is another 70 rai of land on Thai Chamber of Commerce Road awaiting development.

With its connectivity to multiple routes and proximity to amenities and the international school SISB, this area has become another prime location in western Bangkok. The company is ready to launch the Grande Pleno Chaeng Watthana-Ratchaphruek project, valued at 1.25 billion baht, on this road, with pre-sales scheduled for June 15-16.”
The Grande Pleno Chaeng Watthana-Ratchaphruek project will feature “premium twin houses” totaling 198 units, starting at 6.09 million baht, under the new concept of “expanding happiness beyond limits” to meet the needs of new families looking for homes that perfectly fit their requirements. Mr. Sorakrit Chalermphairoj, Head of SBU–PS2, Single Detached House Group at Pruksa Real Estate Public Company Limited, revealed that Pruksa has been developing projects on Thai Chamber of Commerce Road since the early days of the road's opening, with two projects totaling 3 billion baht, including the Passorn single-family homes priced between 5-8 million baht, which have been sold out, and The Palm single-family homes priced between 8-15 million baht, which are expected to close in the third quarter of this year.
